Justin Timberlake was given a Lyme disease diagnosis

 

Justin Timberlake, an American singer-songwriter, has revealed that he has been diagnosed with Lyme disease.

After his Forget Tomorrow World Tour ended, the artist revealed this in a long Instagram post.

Justin Timberlake disclosed that he was shocked to learn he had Lyme disease, but he decided to keep performing since he enjoyed being on stage more than the discomfort.

The singer claimed that his experience not only demonstrated to himself his mental toughness but also produced unique, life-long memories with his followers.

"With all of you, I now have a ton of unforgettable wonderful moments. I was brought up to keep things like these to myself, so I was hesitant to discuss them," the post said.

He underlined that in order to prevent misunderstandings, he makes an effort to be open about his difficulties.
