CAF offers free e-Visas to supporters,Before AFCON Morocco 2025
The AFCON Morocco 2025 Local Organizing Committee and the Confederation of African Football (CAF) have declared that
spectators would be eligible for complimentary electronic visas.
The competition is set to take place between December 21, 2025, and January 18, 2026.
Fans can use the YALLA App to apply for fan IDs and e-Visas.The new regulation, which is intended to guarantee a smooth and safe experience for foreign visitors, applies to inhabitants of nations that typically require a visa to enter Morocco.
"Fans attending the competition can now get free electronic visas to enter Morocco through the YALLA app," CAF said.
Fan IDs are required in order to enter stadiums and designated fan areas. According to CAF, travel and stadium access can be streamlined by using the YALLA app to complete both Fan ID and e-visa requests in one location.
According to a CAF representative, "supporters can apply for both the Fan ID and e-visa in one simple process, ensuring faster and secure access to the event."
Morocco will host 24 teams in six different locales.
The African football festival, which Morocco is hosting for the first time since 1988, will be held in nine venues spread over six towns.
Fans from all around the continent and beyond are anticipated to attend, and 24 teams are anticipated to compete.
In order to finish their Fan ID and e-visa applications, CAF also urged supporters to visit the official YALLA website or download the YALLA app from Google Play or the App Store.
Tickets can be bought using the CAF ticketing site if they are authorized.
"We hope to improve the fan experience and welcome football enthusiasts to witness Africa's biggest football event by offering free electronic visas and an integrated Fan ID process," the statement continued.
The announcement comes as ticket demand for AFCON Morocco 2025 rises, with supporters keen to attend the tournament and watch the next generation of African football players in action.
